Yesterday Andy ran his first 1/2 marathon ...and it was sooooooooooo HOT and HUMID. Andy, Bud and Matt before the race started! This is the Summerfest race downtown.
We decided to hang out downtown until the guys finish the race. Chalk helped pass the time:)
At mile marker 6 we waited and cheered for the guys as they ran past...and stopped for a quick water break:)
Here we waited at the finish. Minutes before they arrived a woman collapsed. The humidity was awful. We were sweating just waiting around for them.
Yay:)
I was so proud of Andy!! Good Job Love!
