Around 9:15pm tonight we noticed water pouring into our newly refinished basement. The sewer backed up and the sump couldn't keep up. Anywhere you step in the basement you can feel water under the new carpet. Wow, my stomach is in knots. At the same time, I realize it's just stuff. Praise the Lord we are all safe and our house is still standing:)
Here is the water line after it it started going back down.
